Typical Piedmontese Tuma

The most characteristic product of the upper Langa is cheese, always known by the name of Robiola or Tuma. The main characteristics are the color which must be milky white, the soft texture and the shape which must be round and without rind. The cheese thus obtained is packaged by us in suitable and aesthetically pleasing glass jars with the addition of our olive oil which helps to give the cheese its characteristic flavor.

We package the cheese in some variants with the addition of Truffle, Chives, Mushrooms or Leek Cervere. in this way a combination is obtained which gives the cheese new flavors to try.
