Sauces and Condiments

In this section, the dual origin of the Ferrari family emerges, which for part of the grandfather Mariano has Ligurian traditions, while Piedmontese are the origins of the grandmother Maria. So we have the typical Ligurian condiments such as pesto and olive pate and sauces with tomato and basil or alternatively traditional Piedmontese products such as Bagna Cauda or mushroom or leek cervere sauces.
