Rice and Traditional Polenta
Ready-made Carnaroli rice in truffle or mushroom variants.
In a few minutes you will get the most fragrant risotto with the only addition of cooking water. The Carnaroli rice variety is a favorite of the great chefs, because it is particularly rich in starch, very consistent with great cooking resistance.
Polenta is also already prepared with truffles; just a few minutes of cooking following the instructions and you will easily obtain a fragrant polenta. Our polenta is produced by grinding precious glass maize and stands out for its golden yellow color.
